Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Briefly and in plain words: what data the Ohayna Krayina website receives about you, why we need it, who we pass it to and how you can control it. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of 1 June 2010 No. 2297-VI (the “Law”).

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data is [[CONTROLLER NAME]], registration code [[REGISTRATION CODE]], address: [[ADDRESS]]. Under the name Ohayna Krayina we provide cleaning services in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

For any question about your data, write to us or call:

What data we receive

  • A request. When you fill in the form and press “Book a cleaning”, we receive your name, your phone number, the language of the page and the time of sending. The form asks for nothing else.
  • Technical logs. Every time you open the site, our server, like any other, records the IP address, the time, the address of the page you opened, the address of the page you came from and the browser type. We also use the IP address to limit the number of booking requests from one address and protect the form from spam.
  • Analytics — only with your consent. If you pressed “Accept” in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel receive page views, clicks on contact buttons (which channel and where on the page) and the fact that a request was sent. Google Analytics also automatically records page scrolling, clicks on outbound links, the start of filling in a form and its sending. It does not receive what you typed into the form. Along with this, both services receive technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and identifiers from the cookies they store in your browser. We do not send them your name or phone number.
  • Browser storage. The site keeps in your browser the language you chose, your cookie choice and, for this visit only, a mark that you have sent a request and a count of how many times the request window was shown, so that the window does not nag. These are not cookies, and these records are not sent to our server.

The site has no user accounts, no online payment and no comments. It is not intended for children.

Why and on what legal ground

  • We process a request in order to call you back, calculate the price and agree on a cleaning. The grounds are your consent, which you give by pressing the button of the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded (points 1 and 3 of part one of Article 11 of the Law).
  • Technical logs and the limit on the number of booking requests are needed for the safe and stable operation of the site — this is our legitimate interest (point 6 of part one of Article 11 of the Law).
  • Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site and see whether our advertising brings visitors and requests. The only ground is your consent (point 1 of part one of Article 11 of the Law).

We use your number only to answer your request. We do not send advertising without separate consent, do not sell data and do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we pass data to

  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Our server forwards the request (name, phone number, page language and time of sending) to our operators’ work chat through a Telegram bot. Telegram is an independent service with its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy). Its servers are outside Ukraine; according to Telegram’s policy, the data of users from Europe is kept in data centres in the Netherlands.
  • Hosting provider: OVH Hosting Limited (OVHcloud, Ireland); the server is located in France, in a data centre in Strasbourg. The site and the request database run on this server, and the technical logs are kept there too. The provider supplies the server under a contract and processes data only for that purpose.
  • Google and Meta — only if you agreed to analytics. Google LLC (USA) processes Google Analytics 4 events on our behalf. Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) processes Meta Pixel events for us as well, and may also use them for its own purposes, including showing and targeting advertising, under its own policy. Both companies may process data on servers outside Ukraine, including in the USA.
  • Contact buttons. If you yourself press a Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone call or email button, the conversation continues in the channel you chose, under its rules. The price calculator can put the text of the estimate into a message — you are the one who sends it.

So your request is stored on our server in France and reaches Telegram’s servers abroad, and analytics events reach the servers of Google and Meta abroad, but only if you agreed to analytics. You give unambiguous consent to the transfer of your request by sending the form, and to the transfer of analytics events by pressing “Accept” in the cookie notice (point 1 of part four of Article 29 of the Law). We pass data to anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep data

  • Requests — no longer than one year from the day they were sent. After that we delete them from the database and from the work chat. We will delete them earlier if you ask. If you became our client, we keep the data needed to perform the contract, for payments and for accounting for as long as the law requires.
  • Backup copies of the request database, which the server makes every day, — no longer than seven months; after that they are deleted automatically. So a request already deleted from the database may remain in a backup copy for some time.
  • Server technical logs — no longer than 15 days; after that they are deleted automatically.
  • The chosen language and your cookie choice stay in your browser until you delete them. The sent-request mark and the count of how many times the request window was shown disappear when you close the tab.
  • Google Analytics keeps visit data for no longer than 14 months after your last visit. Meta keeps pixel data under its own rules.

How we protect data

Data travels between your browser and the site over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only people who need it for their work have access to the request database and the work chat: the operators who handle requests and the site administrator. The form is protected from mass automated requests.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law you have the right:

  • to know where we got your data, where it is kept, why it is processed and where we and those who process data on our behalf are located — or to authorise your representative to find this out;
  • to receive information about the conditions of access to your data, including the third parties who receive it;
  • to access your data, free of charge;
  • to receive, within 30 calendar days of the day we receive your enquiry, an answer on whether we process your data, and the data itself;
  • to send us a reasoned demand objecting to the processing;
  • to send a reasoned demand that data be changed or destroyed if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
  • to have your data protected from unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage, and from the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits your honour, dignity and business reputation;
  • to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court;
  • to use legal remedies if personal data protection law is breached;
  • to make reservations limiting the right to process your data when you give consent;
  • to withdraw your consent at any time: for a request, by writing to us or calling us (we will then stop processing and delete your request, unless the data is needed to perform a contract already concluded with you or the law obliges us to keep it); for analytics, as described under “Cookies and analytics”;
  • to know the mechanism of automatic processing of your data;
  • to be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for you.

To use any of these rights, write to us or call — the contacts are at the top of this page. It is free of charge. So that your data does not reach a stranger, we may ask you to confirm that the booking request is really yours — for example, to give the name and phone number you entered in it.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies. Only Google Analytics and Meta Pixel store them, and only after you press “Accept” in the cookie notice. Before that the site does not load their code and sends nothing to Google or Meta. The notice appears on the home page of the site; if you were not shown it there, analytics is not running on the site right now. For Google we allow analytics only: its advertising cookies and ad personalisation are switched off. If you pressed “Decline”, the site works the same way, only without analytics.

To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser settings — the cookie notice will appear again. In the same settings you can also delete cookies that were already saved.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this text and the date at the top of the page. If we want to use your data for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
